PAYMENT TERMS AND TAXES

Augustinaboutiques.com accepts the following forms of payment in CAD Dollars: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

There is a maximum purchase of $2,500.00 per transaction. If your order exceeds $2,500.00 please split it into two separate transactions or contact us at info@augustinaboutiques.com and we can arrange an alternate method to accommodate your purchase.

Augustinaboutiques.com charges the following taxes for Canadian residents: HST (13%) will be applied to all purchases. For all shipments outside of Canada no sales tax applies. Tax is not charged on the purchase of gift cards but is charged on applicable purchases once they are redeemed.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail to confirm if you wish to wait on delivery or be credited back the cost of the item.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards with a gift code are emailed to recipients upon approval. Customers can use their gift code to purchase items from augustinaboutiques.com. During the checkout process customers have the option of using a gift code for payment. At this time customers are unable to carry a remaining balance on gift cards, and the full amount of the gift card must be used per each transaction.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via UPS.  Rates are determined by order weight and shipment destination, and can be calculated on our site using the UPS automatic shipping calculator. Augustinaboutiques.com ships within the USA and Canada.

Please note shipments to USA: brokerage and duty fees will be incurred by the recipient. UPS will contact the customer directly to confirm preferred method of payment for these charges.

Augustinaboutiques.com does not ship multiple addresses per order, ship to p.o. boxes, or apo/fpo addresses.

Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or on National or Federal Holidays.

For any orders outside of the USA or Canada please contact us via email (info@augustinaboutiques.com) and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once the product has been shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email, which you can then use to track your order.

RETURNS POLICY

Augustinaboutiques.com must authorize all returns. Please send a return request to info@augustinaboutiques.com with order number and specific items requesting to be returned. On approval, a merchandise return form and RA# will be emailed for inclusion with return merchandise along with the address to which the product is to be returned.

All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, unwashed, and unaltered. All sale items are final sale. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Augustinaboutiques.com has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements.

All articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time in one single shipment. Pack and securely seal the merchandise, in the original package if possible and mark your RA# on the outside of the box. Send pre-paid and insured to:

Augustinaboutiques.com will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.

When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card to which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEMS TO AUGUSTINA’S RETAIL STORE?

No. We are not able to accept returns for merchandise purchased on augustinaboutiques.com at our retail location.

Sales at our Port Sandfield location are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase in new, unused condition with original receipt.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Augustinaboutiques.com may request that a client fax in a credit card authorization and driver’s license, or other suitable picture ID with a signature, to finalize a purchase. Augustinaboutiques.com can credit back and void any order at our sole discretion.

Augustinaboutiques.com’s server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process. Augustina knows you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we'll do so sensibly and with respect for your privacy and security.

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Augustinaboutiques.com does not store client credit card information.

Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Shopify is Level 1 PCI  compliant and uses 128 bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.

Augustinaboutiques.com will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.

Augustinaboutiques.com does utilize “cookies” to help recognize you as a repeat visitor and to track traffic patterns on our site. This information is anonymous. We use this information to improve the user-friendliness and functionality of our site.

Augustinaboutiques.com reserves the right to update this privacy policy at anytime. Updates to our privacy policy will be posted at augustinaboutiques.com.
