1. Apply basecoat and two coats of white nailpolish.
2. With a dotting tool, randomly dot the nail with pink polish.
3. Using the same technique, add the yellow and blue.
4. Finally, add large and small black dots over the colours.
5. Finish with top coat and you're done!
